15% Vitamin C serum!

Did  you know that some serums can be very misleading with their potency?  I found this out just a few years ago , a serum I was buying that I thought was a high percentage of vitamin C ,turned out to be much lower. Because of the terminology they used on the packaging I was misled 

i promised to never do that!

My vitamin C serum is 15% of the best quality Stabilized Vitamin C i could get . Period.
